Bookings and payment

Please print off the booking form, complete it and send it with your deposit (please make cheques made payable to "Q’s Cat Motel").

For bookings made more than 7 days prior to arrival, a non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking for 1 cat £45.00 for 2 cats sharing £66.00. The balance of payment is due by cheque, cash or direct.

For bookings made less than 7 days prior to arrival, payment in full will be required at the time of booking. Please note this payment will be non-refundable on cancellation.

Arrival and departure times and your cat's food preferences will be requested at the time of booking.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 28 days prior to arrival will not be charged, 28 - 15 days prior to arrival 50% charge of the total amount, less than 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total amount.

Insurance

Insurance will be provided for the duration of our guests stay. We have an arrangement with a veterinary surgery located in Berwick upon Tweed, www.galedinvet.com, a 10 minute drive from the Q's Cat Motel with 24 four hour emergency cover, if veterinary consultation is required during your cat's stay. Any pre-existing illnesses will not be covered.
